Our client operates in the railway industry and works with modernization and installation of technical systems on rolling stock. The business is characterized by high technical competence, clear working methods, and a strong focus on safety and quality. You will work in a workshop or depot environment alongside colleagues with extensive experience in the field.

As a train installer, you will work hands-on with the installation and adaptation of technical equipment on trains. The role involves both mechanical and electrical work where accuracy and technical understanding are central.

Tasks may include:

• Installation and assembly of technical systems and components

• Cabling and connection of electrical systems

• Assembly according to drawings, instructions, and technical documentation

• Adjustment and modification of existing installations

• Function tests and quality controls

• Documentation of completed work

• Collaboration with technicians, project managers, and other functions

You have a technical education in areas such as electrical engineering, vehicles, automation, or similar, or equivalent work experience. You have practical experience with installation, assembly, or technical maintenance and are comfortable reading drawings and working according to instructions. Experience from the railway, automotive, or industrial sectors is an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, meticulous, and enjoy practical work where you can see the results of what you do. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and contribute to good teamwork. Safety and quality are natural parts of your working approach.
